• This advanced 70 cubic meter (70m³) bulk feed semi-trailer features a robust 4-axle configuration, with the crucial advantage of a liftable front tandem axle group. Designed specifically for the efficient and economical transport of powdered, granulated, or pelleted animal feed, this trailer combines high capacity with intelligent weight management and superior flexibility.
• Constructed using high-tensile steel, the main frame (or chassis) is engineered for exceptional durability and payload optimization. Crucially, the trailer offers the option of a custom-engineered gooseneck frame, significantly lowering the deck height compared to standard designs. This gooseneck configuration dramatically enhances overall vehicle stability, maneuverability (especially on farm tracks and uneven terrain), and improves road safety by lowering the center of gravity.
• The cylindrical feed tank (or body) is meticulously crafted from quality materials to ensure structural integrity and protect feed quality. It is available in a versatile multi-compartment design, standardly configured as three (3) compartments, but readily customizable to four (4) or more compartments based on specific customer requirements. This segmentation allows for the simultaneous transport of different feed types, additives, or customized rations in precise quantities for direct farm delivery.

How  it   works   

 

Filling: The trailer is positioned under a feed mill's bulk load-out spout. Each compartment is filled sequentially with the designated feed type via gravity or pressure.

Discharge:

The driver selects the desired compartment using internal valves.

Compressed air is introduced into the compartment's discharge cone/auger system, fluidizing the feed.

The fluidized feed is conveyed pneumatically through the discharge hose into the farm's storage bin.

The process repeats for each compartment as needed.

Completion and Clean-Out: Once discharged, residual air clears the hose. Compartments can be inspected and cleaned as necessary before the next load.
