Misuse of a high-pressure water pump component or failure to follow the installation and maintenance instructions of the pump may cause serious damage to the product or even personal and property injuries. Any manufacturer or operator required to assemble or use such high-pressure water pump components must be proficient in this, and must have the necessary knowledge to install such high-pressure components and how to take precautions to ensure maximum safety during operation.
1. The safety valve should be installed in each transmission line and arranged to release or circulate the flow of the entire pump.
2. For high-pressure components, especially those that operate externally, they must be fully protected from rain, frost and high temperature erosion and influence.
3. Electrical components and wiring should be specially protected to avoid spray from any direction. They should also be suitable for working in humid environments.
4. High-pressure hoses and other auxiliary parts under high pressure should be arranged according to the maximum unit working pressure setting, and must be operated within the safety factor indicated by the manufacturer of the hose and accessories.
5. The end of the high-pressure hose should be fastened to a stable object to prevent dangerous swinging, cracking or falling off from the end.
6. Transmission joints, pulleys, conveyor belts and auxiliary drive components should be adequately protected with adequate safety protection measures.

The area where high-voltage components operate should be strictly prohibited for non-staff to enter. The operation area should be properly sealed, and the surrounding area should also be subject to local blockade where reasonably practicable, and appropriate warning notices should be posted in conspicuous locations.
The personnel authorized to enter this field of work should have received relevant training before, and should be informed that there may be risks due to malfunctions and incorrect operations during the operation of the equipment, and any unpredictable emergency situations. 1. Ensure that the water pump provides the correct water supply.
2. Make sure the water inlet filter is clean.
3. Ensure that electrical components and wiring, especially interfaces, junction boxes, switches, and cables are not damaged by external sources (such as cracks or broken wires) and to prevent water immersion.
4. The high-pressure hose should have no obvious signs of external wear, and there should be no signs of erosion or corrosion at both ends of the fittings.
5. In the event of an obvious water leak or anyone knows of any changed conditions or any existing or potential hazards, the entire operation should immediately stop and release the pressure. Once any failure occurs, it should be reported as soon as possible and notified to the professional for inspection.
