Note: The oil-free lubrication of this compressor means that the cylinder does not need to be lubricated with oil, but the crankshaft connecting rod and other moving mechanisms must be lubricated by oil. , otherwise the compressor will be seriously damaged due to lack of oil. When overhauling the compressor, it must be stopped and under no pressure. When dismantling and inspecting, the combustible gas inside the machine should be completely released before proceeding.

Here are the precautions for the use of lpg gas compressors in high temperature summer season.
1. To maintain the ventilation environment of the compressor room, an explosion-proof fan can be connected to maintain ventilation. Keep away from hot objects and equipment.
2. Check whether the compressor oil is lower than the scale range of normal use.
3. The usual working temperature of our ZW air cooling type compressor can not exceed 40℃ in room temperature.
4. Please monitor below figures during working.
When the compressor is running, its operating conditions should be monitored at any time, and its technical parameters should be within the following ranges:
a. Intake temperature ≤40℃
b. Exhaust temperature ≤110℃
c. Intake pressure ≤1.0MPa
d. Exhaust pressure (gauge difference) ≤1.5MPa
e. Inlet and exhaust pressure difference ≤0.5MPa
f. Instantaneous maximum pressure ratio ≤6
g. The opening pressure (gauge pressure) of the safety valve is 1.65MPa
