This 2-axle 27,000-litre (27 m³) fresh milk transport semi-trailer is designed for high-efficiency and hygienic transportation of liquid food products. The tank is constructed with food-grade SUS304-2B stainless steel (3mm thickness), ensuring corrosion resistance and compliance with strict sanitation standards. Equipped with FUWA axles (13-ton capacity), ABS, and a JOST landing gear, the trailer offers reliability and safety. The tank features multiple compartments for flexible transport of different products simultaneously.

 

Its advanced insulation (80-120mm polyurethane foam + 10mm rubber sponge) maintains a temperature variation within 1°C over 24 hours, preserving milk freshness. An internal cleaning system with two automated spray balls ensures 360° CIP (Clean-in-Place) coverage for optimal hygiene.
