JAC -18℃ to -40℃ Ice Cream Cold Storage Truck

1. Operating : Night Charge, Day Discharge
Storage cooling (Charging): During the night before deployment, the onboard refrigeration unit is powered by an external source (220V/380V). This freezes the "eutectic solution" inside the cold plates within the cargo body to a solid state, typically reaching temperatures as low as -40℃.
Release cooling (Discharging): During daytime transportation, the refrigeration system remains powered off. The low temperature inside the compartment is maintained as in solid of the cold plates phase change. Even if the vehicle's engine is turned off, the cooling effect continues uninterrupted.
2. Core Technical Advantages
Ultra-Low Temperature Stability: The system can maintain a constant temperature between -25℃ and-30℃ for 10–16 hours. This is significantly lower than standard refrigerated trucks, ensuring that ice cream remains firm and free from ice crystals.
Resilience to Frequent Door Openings: Thanks to the massive thermal inertia of the cold plates, temperature recovery after opening the door is much slower than in air-cooled systems. This makes it ideal for "multi-point delivery" to supermarkets and retail stores.
Zero-Fuel Refrigeration: No fuel is consumed for cooling during transit; the system relies entirely on affordable off-peak electricity from the night before.
Silent Operation: The refrigeration unit does not run during delivery, resulting in zero noise and vibration. This is perfect for early-morning urban or community distributions.
