Unlike standard carbon steel tanks that risk corrosion and fuel contamination, our tank is constructed from 5182 Aluminum Alloy . This material is the industry standard for aviation fuel because it is lightweight (reducing overall vehicle weight), naturally corrosion-resistant, and does not react with Jet A1 fuel, ensuring the fuel delivered to the aircraft wing is as pure as it was in the storage farm.

2. High-Flow Redundant Fuel Delivery System

This refueling truck is equipped with a PTO-driven hydraulic system powering a self-priming centrifugal pump. It features a primary DN65 hydraulic hose reel with 20 meters of hose, fitted with two aviation pressure-stabilizing couplings, achieving a single-hose flow rate of ≥1200 L/min for rapid underwing fueling of wide-body aircraft .
A secondary DN38 hydraulic reel (≥350 L/min) is available for smaller aircraft or defueling operations.

Fuel cleanliness is critical. This unit is equipped with a coalescer / separator vessel designed to remove free water and solid particulates from the fuel stream at a rate of 2500 L/min.
