• Integrated Hook-Lift System: The core feature is a hydraulic hook-arm mechanism mounted on the truck chassis. This system engages with locking pins on the compatible containers, allowing for a single operator to load, unload, and exchange containers quickly.
• Interchangeable Container System: The truck is not dedicated to a single body. It can transport and switch between various specialized containers (dumpsters, waste compactors, flatbeds, water tanks, etc.) as needed, making it a multi-purpose asset.
• High-Pressure Hydraulic Compression: The compactor dumpster itself contains a powerful hydraulic press panel. This panel is used to compress the waste material inside the container, significantly increasing its payload capacity.
• Container-Mounted Power Pack: The compactor unit is typically self-powered by a dedicated diesel engine (or sometimes a PTO from the truck) mounted on the container. This allows the compression function to operate independently of the truck's engine.
• Heavy-Duty Construction: Both the hook-lift system on the truck and the compactor containers are built from high-tensile steel to withstand immense stress, heavy loads, and constant cycling.
• Efficient Loading Design: Compactor dumpsters often feature a large, wide hopper for easy loading of loose waste and recyclables, combined with a sloped floor that guides material into the compression chamber.

Working principle
◆ Hook loading and unloading of the garbage bin: the cylinder piston rod extends, the arm hook rotates backward to unload the garbage bin, and the cylinder piston rod retracts, the arm hook rotates forward to realize the hook loading operation of the garbage bin.
◆ Operation of the garbage bin: after completing the hook loading operation of the garbage bin, turn the locking soft shaft handle to the locking position, complete the locking of the garbage bin, and then operate the operation.
◆ Lifting the car to unload: drive the car to the unloading position, open the rear door of the car, make sure the arm locking soft shaft handle is in the locking position, operate the hydraulic system to drive the cylinder to move, then the garbage bin, arm hook and flip frame rotate together, lift the car to the maximum tilt angle, and unload the garbage. Operate the solenoid valve handle, lift the cylinder back to its original position, and drive the car to return to its original position to realize the garbage self-unloading function.

• A single Garbage bin is standard, and can be equipped with a garbage bin as needed.
• More than 12 m³ do not come with a garbage bin, which needs to be customized.
• According to needs, the bin can be made of different materials and shapes, with optional thickness, quantity, and color.
• The bin can be square or rectangular. Choose the opening method and the number of bottom rollers.
