Loading Process:
The trailer is positioned on firm, level ground.The hydraulic gooseneck is lowered , bringing the main deck close to the ground.
The heavy-duty ramps are deployed from the rear of the trailer, creating a gently sloping approach.
Construction machinery (excavator, dozer, etc.) drives or is carefully winched up the ramps onto the low main deck under its own power or with assistance.
Equipment is precisely positioned over the trailer's strong points.
Machinery is secured using chains, binders, and the deck's tie-down points. Ramps are stowed and the gooseneck raised (if needed for road clearance) before transit.
