Product Description
-LPG Road Tanker(also calledlpg bridger truck,lpg tanker trailer,lpg truck trailer,25tons lpg truck,25mt lpg truck,50m3 lpg truck,propane tanker trailer,lpg tanker,lpg semi trailer) is used to transport liquid petroleum gas/propane gas/cooking gas/lpg in large quantity and in long distance from depot or terminal station to smaller lpg stations in other cities.
-Optional for tank size from 40,000litera to 61900liters,from 20tons to 30tons.
-Design standard: GB-150, ASME, U STAMP, CCC, ISO9001 : 2008
-Optional accessories :ROCHESTER level gauge,flow meter,sun shelter,lpg pump,lpg dispenser machine,filling hose.
-Material: Q345R,Q370R,Q420R;
-Optional for axle brands:BPW,FUWA,L1 and so on.
Tank Production Procedure
-1. Steel Plate Cutting &Rolling;
-2. Tanker Body Welding;
-3. X-ray Welding Seam Detection: each vertical and circular welding seam will be X-ray tested, to prevent welding defective like bubble & cracks;
-4. Whole Tanker Heat Treatment;
-5.Water Pressure Test: hydraulic water pressure test: 2.22 Mpa, to make sure tanker meet designed pressure;
-6. Painting with customize logo.
