How To Ensure The Normal Operation Of The Garbage Truck Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system is an important part of the garbage truck. The hydraulic oil is the hydraulic medium used by the hydraulic system that uses liquid pressure energy. It plays the role of energy transmission, anti-wear, smooth system, anti-corrosion, anti-rust, and cooling. So how do we ensure the normal operation of the garbage truck hydraulic system?

First, choose the right hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil plays the role of transmitting pressure, smoothing, cooling and sealing in the hydraulic system of the garbage truck. The selection of improper hydraulic oil will cause the hydraulic system to malfunction and reduce its durability. When replacing the hydraulic oil of the garbage truck, select according to the trademarks in the manual. The hydraulic oils of different brands can not be used together to prevent the hydraulic oil from chemical reaction and functional changes. Dark brown, milky white, smelly hydraulic oil is metamorphic oil and cannot be used.

Second, avoid solid impurities mixed into the hydraulic system. Clean hydraulic oil is the life of the hydraulic system. There are many fine couples in the hydraulic system of the garbage truck, and some are provided with damping holes or gaps. If solid impurities invade, fine couples will be pulled, hairpins, and oil passages will be blocked, which will endanger the safe operation of the hydraulic system.

Also, avoid air invading the hydraulic system. At normal pressure and normal temperature, the hydraulic oil of the garbage truck contains air with a volume ratio of 6% -8%. When the pressure drops, the air will be freed from the oil, and the air bubbles will burst to make the hydraulic components "cavitation" and generate noise. A lot of air entering the oil will aggravate the "cavitation" phenomenon, increase the compressibility of the hydraulic oil, unstable operation, reduce operating efficiency, and the actuators show "prostrate" and other undesirable consequences. In addition, the air will oxidize the hydraulic oil and accelerate its transformation.

Then, avoid water invading the hydraulic system. Excessive moisture in the hydraulic oil of the garbage truck will cause the hydraulic components to rust, emulsify and decay the oil, reduce the strength of the smooth oil film, and accelerate mechanical wear. In addition to avoiding water intrusion during maintenance, it is also necessary to tighten the lid when the oil tank is not in use
