- Water Sprinkler Truck Introduction:
The water sprinkler truck, also known as a greening spraying truck or water tank truck, is a specialized vehicle designed for transporting water. It consists of a vehicle chassis, water inlet and outlet system, and tank body.
Five key functions of sprinkler trucks:
1. Temperature Reduction:
Spraying water on the road surface during hot weather helps lower temperatures and protects the pavement from cracking due to excessive heat.
2. Dust Suppression:
In areas with significant dust, spraying water moistens and settles the dust, effectively reducing airborne particles and minimizing air pollution.
3. Horticultural Irrigation:
The adjustable spray pattern of the sprinkler can be set to various intensities, allowing for irrigation of roadside flowers and the cleaning of dust from trees.
4. Emergency Firefighting Use:
Equipped with high-pressure water cannons that have a range of 40-50 meters, sprinkler trucks can serve as a firefighting resource in emergencies, with fire connection points facilitating easier access to water.
5. Water Transportation:
Due to the varied climatic zones and irregular rainfall distribution in the country, as well as abnormal weather patterns causing droughts, sprinkler trucks can also function as water transport vehicles, earning them alternate titles such as water transport trucks or drought relief water trucks.
Operations involve water suction and spraying functions:
- Water suction requires parking near the operation point and performing suction work.
- Spraying is carried out using front-mounted duck-shaped nozzles or round head nozzles, as well as rear-mounted cylindrical spraying nozzles or lotus head nozzles.
- An optional eight nozzles at the rear can be utilized for street flushing and irrigation of green belts.
