Precautions for Use

 

  1. Pump Drive Prohibited While Driving: Do not drive the hydraulic pump while the vehicle is in motion (disable the PTO while driving).
  2. Pre-Operation Inspection: Carefully inspect and confirm that the aerial work platform is free of faults before starting work.
  3. Parking on Flat, Firm Ground: Park the vehicle on a flat and firm surface before starting work. Do not operate the vehicle on slopes greater than 5 degrees.
  4. Outrigger Use Prohibited Without Deployment: Do not operate without deploying outriggers. Do not adjust outriggers while working with personnel in the basket.
  5. Wind Speed Limitation: Stop work when wind speed exceeds Force 5.
  6. Safety Gear Required: Personnel working at heights must wear safety harnesses and helmets.
  7. Engine Idling & Operator Presence: The engine should idle during aerial work. Operators must not leave the control panel.
  8. High-Voltage Live Work Prohibited: Do not perform live work on high-voltage lines.
  9. No Standing Under Boom: Do not stand under the telescoping boom while the aerial work platform is in operation. Do not operate the lower multiplexer valve while the boom is moving.
  10. Obstacle Avoidance: Pay attention to and avoid surrounding obstacles during operation.
  11. No Vehicle Movement After Boom Operation: Do not move the vehicle after the boom has been operated.
  12. Boom Wire Rope Screw Inspection: Regularly check if the boom wire rope screw connections are loose. Tighten if necessary.
  13. Slewing Bearing Nut Inspection: Regularly check if the nuts at the slewing bearing connections are loose. Tighten if necessary.
  14. U-Bolt Inspection: Regularly check if the U-bolts are loose. Tighten if necessary.
  15. No Over-Amplitude Operation: Do not operate the vehicle beyond its safe working limits.
