The tank is constructed from high-strength Q345R steel (12mm body, 14mm elliptical heads) with a 1mm corrosion allowance and undergoes full furnace heat treatment (600-640°C) for superior stress relief and longevity.
Built for Safety & Compliance: Designed for a wide temperature range (-19°C to +50°C) and a working pressure of 1.61 MPa (16.1 bar). Safety is paramount, featuring 2 safety valves, an emergency shut-off handle, a truck emergency brake button, and rigorous testing including 100% hydraulic (2.12 MPa) and X-ray weld inspection.
Efficient & Reliable Operation: Equipped with a high-performance USA-brand CORKEN LPG vane pump and a precise Coriolis mass flow meter for accurate loading/unloading. The 15-meter rubber hose with a Rego filling gun ensures operational flexibility and safety.
Robust Chassis & Running Gear: Features a stable 3-axle configuration with 13-ton FUWA axles, mechanical leaf spring suspension, and reliable WABCO braking systems with spring brakes, engineered for African road conditions. Includes 12R22.5 tubeless tires (12+1 spare).
Complete Safety & Utility Package: Includes a Rochester floating ball level gauge, pressure/vacuum gauge, thermometer, dual fire extinguisher holders, grounding cable, sun shelter, DN450 manhole, and a toolbox for complete roadside readiness.
