The exterior of the tank undergoes a three-level finishing process: one pass of sandblasting, two passes of polishing, and three coats of paint, providing exceptional corrosion resistance and durability. Flexible and convenient discharging control
Before loading, open the pressure relief valve to ensure no pressure inside the tank. Then open the loading port of each compartment for loading.
During pressurization, open all air intake valves and auxiliary blowers, and close all loading ports, discharge butterfly valves, secondary auxiliary blow ball valves, and external air source ball valves. Adjust the remote control throttle to ensure the air compressor speed is within 900–1000 r/min on the tachometer.
(Note: When using an external air source for power take-off, open the external air source ball valve on the tank, connect it firmly to the external air source port, then open the external air source valve for pressurization.)
When the pressure reaches 0.15 MPa during discharging, open the secondary auxiliary blow valve. Then open the discharge butterfly valve of each compartment in sequence.
(Note: The 4 compartments cannot discharge simultaneously. Discharge one compartment completely before opening the next. There is a material observation window at the rear to monitor the discharging status of each compartment.)
When the pressure drops to 0.12 MPa, close the secondary auxiliary blow valve and discharge valve. When the pressure rises back to 0.15 MPa, open them again to resume discharging.
(About 2 minutes after starting discharging, gradually throttle down the secondary auxiliary blow valve to a maximum half-open position.)
After all compartments are emptied, open each discharge butterfly valve in sequence for tank cleaning. When the pressure drops to 0.05–0.08 MPa, open the pressure relief valve, shut down the air compressor, and complete the discharging operation.
Currently, there are three discharge methods for bulk feed trucks on the market: hydraulic type, electric auger type, and pneumatic discharge type. Their core functions, advantages and applicable scenarios are as follows:
Hydraulic Bulk Feed Truck
It adopts hydraulic drive for discharging, with a conveying system consisting of horizontal, vertical and movable discharge parts. The movable discharge auger on the roof can rotate and lift freely: it lies flat during transportation and lifts to align with the silo inlet during discharging. It has stable operation, flexible discharging, and can efficiently complete the feed discharge process.
Electric Auger Bulk Feed Truck
It adopts mechanical screw discharge, with fast discharging speed and continuous operation to improve production efficiency. Powered by three-phase 380V commercial power (without on-board generator), it has a small wheel track, suitable for narrow road conditions. It is cost-effective, with simple structure, convenient operation and easy maintenance; its tank can be divided into 2-4 compartments to load different feeds at the same time, suitable for small farms and feed mills.
Pneumatic Discharge Bulk Feed Truck
It adopts high-flow gas conveying technology, featuring low pressure, large flow, low noise, high output, long conveying distance, fast discharging speed, low residue and no pollution to materials. It can complete feeding into the silo without the vehicle entering the site, effectively solving the epidemic prevention problem of farms and being widely used for long-distance feed transportation in breeding and feed processing enterprises.
