10m3 Skid LPG Cylinder Refilling Plant with Cylinder Filling Weight Scales
Goods Dsecription:
1. Feeding gas to transport vehicles: high quality dispenser is equipped and its measurement is accurate and stable.
2. Unloading: The LPG tank truck can unload the medium to the storage tank on the skid-mounted plant smoothly
3.Drainage: The sundries like water-logging in the storage tank will be drained through the drain outlet.
4. Emptying: The residual pressure in storage tank can be released through the emptying port during overgauling.
5. Alternative Pumps: Under fault condition, gas filling pump and unloading pump can be mutually alternative.
6. Reverse unloading:The liquid on the storage tank can be unloaded to the gas tank car and delivered.
7. Emergency cut-off :Air-operated emergency cut-off valve is installed a the liquid outlet on the storage tank, by which the emergency cut-off under abnormal conditions can be achieved.
8. Leakage Alarm: Leakage probes are installed in the key positons of the skid-mounted gas station, so as to dect the equipment's security status.
9. LIquid Level Alarm: Upper and lower liquid level limit switch are installed. Therefore, it has liquid alarm and control function.
Feature
LPG gas station consists of a storage tank and two pumps, Pipe section, one pump forms unloading system, another forms filling system, these two systems under fault conditions can be used temporarily. The structure of lpg gas station is divided into four parts, the tank, skid body, LPG dispenser or filling weight scales, electronic control box.
