★Turn off the power take-off when the car is not sprinkling water

★Reverse gear is strictly prohibited when the power take-off is open for work

★ Pneumatic switch, when the air pressure is not enough, the power take-off is absolutely not allowed (6-8 air pressure is sufficient)

★For mechanical power take-off switch, the clutch must be stepped down to the end and then slowly lifted.

★The driver must not operate the power take-off at the time when it is easy to hit the teeth. When you hear the sound of teeth tapping, you can quickly step on the clutch, re-hang it and slowly lift the clutch. Because of improper operation, there is no warranty.

1: Model

First of all, we must determine the purpose of our water truck. If it is used on the construction site, you can choose a smaller model, for example: 2 cubic, 5 cubic, 9 cubic, 12 cubic model (according to the density of water 1000kg = 1 ton ≈1 cubic meter). If it is in a garden, try to choose a larger volume model on the highway, for example: 14 cubic meters, 18 cubic meters, 20 cubic meters, 22 cubic meters.

2: Chassis engine

The engine is the core organ of a car. There are many types of engines on the market, such as Quanchai, Xichai, Yunnei, Chaochai, Yuchai, Cummins and so on.

Because the power of the engine varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, their prices are also different. Different models have different engines that can be equipped.For example: Dongfeng 5 ton sprinkler can be equipped with Chaochai 130 horsepower or Yuchai 140 horsepower engine.

Dongfeng 14.7 ton sprinkler can be equipped with Yuchai 200 or Cummins 210 horsepower engine.The greater the engine horsepower, the greater its displacement, the higher the power, and the stronger the power.

3: Wheelbase

The wheelbase is the distance between two perpendicular lines passing through the midpoint of two adjacent wheels on the same side of the vehicle and perpendicular to the longitudinal symmetry plane of the vehicle. Simply put, it is the distance from the center of the front front axle of water sprinkler to the center of the rear rear axle. The longer the wheelbase of the sprinkler, the larger the volume of the tank.

4: Pipeline

The piping system of the sprinkler is divided into two two-way ball valves and a four-position three-way ball valve. The ball valve is composed of a valve body, a gasket, a valve stem, and a handle. Four-position three-way ball valve is a device that can change the direction of liquid flow by turning the position of the handle.
