How To Maintain The Fire Water Tank?
When the fire truck is under maintenance, the fire water tank is also very important. Today I will tell you how to maintain the fire water tank.
1. The water supply capacity of the water source should be measured once a year. Every two years, fire water storage equipment should be inspected, repaired for defects and repainted.
2. Make sure to check the following aspects every quarter: whether there are combustible materials around the water tank; whether there are items that may cause corrosion and pollution; whether there is ice in the water tank; whether the water tank is corroded by itself.
3. The management personnel should conduct a visual inspection of the water source control valve every day and should ensure that the system is in a trouble-free state.
4. The internal inspection of the water tank mainly checks whether there are the following hidden dangers: peeling paint, aquatic floats, sediments, foreign debris, missing maintenance tools and paint equipment.
5. Check the bearing structure, orifice, foundation, maintenance passage or ladder for obvious damage or damage every quarter. The load-bearing structure inspection mainly checks for the following damage: corrosion, decay, rust, mechanical damage, deposited debris, sediment. The load-bearing foundation should be no less than 152 mm high from the ground, and combustible materials should not be close to the foundation column.
6. Keep the water temperature in the water tank above 4 ℃. Heating measures should be started during the freezing season. Confirm whether the heating system is in a reliable working state before each heating season. The frequency of water tank inspections should be increased during freezing and overheating seasons. Check the room where the water storage equipment is installed every day and keep the room temperature not lower than 5 ℃
