Daily Considerations For Refrigerated Trucks
The goods must be stacked on the double-sided pallet; the fresh-keeping cargo pallet must not be covered with material film, which will block the circulation of cold air flow to the goods; and must not block the floor under the goods.
General refrigerated truck floors use aluminum rail floors with ventilation; however, some refrigerated trucks do not have aluminum rails and use flat non-slip floors. Usually used as a third-party transportation enterprise or enterprise transportation vehicle for dairy products, it uses flat non-slip floors, the purpose is to be suitable for the transportation of a variety of products, or easy to clean the ground. However, you must pay attention to the loading, you must use double-sided pallet to load, to ensure the circulation of cold air on the ground. It is strictly prohibited to stack the goods directly on the flat floor.
Do not stack goods in front of the evaporator outlet, otherwise it will obstruct the cold air flow; blockage above the goods will cause the cold air flow to short circuit. Maintain a minimum distance of 225 mm between the top of the cargo and the roof of the vehicle.
When loading, do not stack the goods too high. Make sure that the loading height is not higher than the plane height of the air outlet. If the front of the air outlet is blocked by the cargo or is too close to the cargo, it will not only affect the storage and transportation temperature of the cargo, but also affect the normal operation of the freezing unit.
Because the air outlet is blocked by the cargo, the cold air (or hot air) cannot be circulated normally in the carriage, thus causing the local temperature of the cargo to rise.
On the other hand, due to the defrosting design of refrigeration units, some use air induction defrosting. When the cargo is too close to the air outlet, the coil in the evaporator of the unit will quickly frost (or ice), the air sensor switch will act immediately, and the unit will quickly enter the defrosting state; when the temperature of the coil rises to 9 degrees (design temperature) Around, the defrost ends immediately. Therefore, the unit will have the above-mentioned operations cyclically, resulting in the phenomenon that the temperature inside the cabin cannot fall. The intuitive feeling for everyone is that the unit always defrosts frequently. In fact, it is because the goods are too high (more).
