In order to avoid the inhalation of stones or more sediment and floating debris, the end of the suction pipe is generally equipped with a filter device. It is strictly forbidden to remove the filter device when absorbing water. If the water source is shallow, you need to dig deeper in the water absorption area to ensure that it does not contain debris and no air. The water pumps of different sprinklers have different requirements for the water source. The clean water pump requires no impurities in the water, and the turbid water pump requires no stones and excessive sediment in the water.

2. Before each time the centrifugal water pump absorbs water, a certain amount of water must be added to the water pump, and the water inlet must be closed after the water is added. When the self-priming pump is used for the first time, it needs to add water, and then it does not need to be added.

3. The water inlet pipe system must maintain a certain degree of vacuum when sucking water in order to suck the water into the tank. The water inlet pipe system must be sealed and reliable, the hose can not be damaged, and the hard pipe must not have cracks, otherwise it will produce air leakage, which will cause the situation that the water cannot be absorbed.

4. Whether the sprinkler is before water absorption or before sprinkling water, the gear shifting of the power take-off device must be carried out when parking.

5. Before winter comes, the water in the pump and water pipe should be emptied to prevent frost cracking. Construction in northern China is generally no longer under severe winter. Therefore, after the construction is completed, the water in the pump and water pipe is emptied immediately to prevent future troubles.

6. The position of the sprinkler in the front of the sprinkler is low, close to the ground, and the spray pressure is large, which can be used to flush the road; the rear sprinkler is in a high position (the rear sprinkler is usually installed one on each side), the sprinkler surface is wider, and it can be used for road construction , When using the rear nozzle, the front nozzle should be closed; when using the adjustable nozzle to sprinkle water, the sprinkling width can be adjusted as needed. 8. The water storage tank of the sprinkler is equipped with a sewage pipe, and the inlet of the pipe is the lowest point of the water tank. After a period of use, the drain pipe switch should be turned on regularly to remove the debris accumulated in the tank until the water becomes clear.
