Production Procedure
1. Steel Plate Cutting &Rolling
2. Tanker Body Welding
3. X-ray Welding Seam Detection: each vertical and circular welding seam will be X-ray tested, to prevent welding defective like bubble & cracks
4. Whole Tanker Heat Treatment
5.Water Pressure Test: hydraulic water pressure test: 2.22 Mpa, to make sure tanker meet designed pressure
6. Painting with customize logo
