Products Description
Chassis & Powertrain
Built on the robust ISUZU QL1180JQFRY chassis with a GVW of 18,000 kg, this fire truck is powered by a 4HK1-TCG60 engine compliant with Euro VI emission standards. Delivering 150 kW (205 HP), it is paired with a 6-speed FTR manual transmission for reliable performance. The vehicle features a 3-seat, single-row cab with air-suspension seats, power steering, multi-function steering wheel, air conditioning, central locking, and electric windows for enhanced operational comfort.
Safety & Axle Configuration
Equipped with ABS, air-assisted drum brakes on the front wheels, and a spring-loaded parking brake, safety is prioritized. The chassis is supported by a 6.3-ton front axle and a 13-ton rear axle, with a 4,500 mm wheelbase for stability. It rides on six 295/80R22.5 16PR tires plus a full-size spare.
Firefighting Equipment & Tank
The truck carries a 5,000-liter water tank (Q235 carbon steel) and a 1,000-liter foam tank (304 stainless steel), both integrated within the body design. It is outfitted with a CB10/40 rear-mounted Rongshen fire pump (with four DN80 rear-facing outlets) and a Weisite PL32 portable fire monitor. Tank refilling is facilitated by one DN65 and one DN80 inlet on each side-the DN80 inlet located inside the pump compartment and the DN65 externally.
Body & Lighting
The compact, enclosed body includes eight roll-up doors (four per side) for organized equipment storage. Lighting features include:
Six red/blue warning lights (three per side)
Two red/blue warning lights above the rear roll-up door
Rear work lights and slanted scene lights above compartments
A long-range optical warning light with a voice amplifier (graphic-icon handset, no Chinese text)
