• What is crane truck?

Crane trucks, also known as truck-mounted cranes, utilize hydraulic lifting and telescopic mechanisms to lift, rotate, and hoist cargo. These vehicles are composed of a truck chassis, cargo area, power take-off, and crane apparatus.

The primary advantages of truck-mounted cranes include improved mobility, rapid transfer operations, and the amalgamation of lifting and transportation functionalities, facilitating better resource efficiency. The crane's boom boasts a full 360-degree rotation, and its compact design enables versatile operations, making it ideal for lifting and transporting in restricted environments, as well as accommodating irregularly shaped items.

• How should we choose the crane?

1. Selection of crane is crucial for truck crane lifting capacity. Truck cranes come in two types:
- Telescopic arms
- Advantages: Lower cost, larger working radius, ideal for open environments, suitable for basic vertical lifting.

- Folding arms
- Advantages: Higher work efficiency, compatible with auxiliary tools, but at a higher price.
- Best suited for confined spaces such as warehouses and factories; commonly used in enterprises, docks, etc.

2. Tonnage selection should align with the load's weight, ensuring a surplus for extending crane longevity.

3. The crane's lifting capacity is constant; as the working radius increases, the payload decreases, and vice versa. (Working radius denotes the horizontal distance from the center of torque to the hook.)

4. A robust chassis is essential as it supports the truck crane's weight, affecting operational reliability.
