       This aircraft refueling tank is built on an authentic Dongfeng 8x4 (4-axle) chassis, paired with a 2-axle semi-trailer to provide a massive 60m³ (60,000 liters) capacity. how Importance of the Lift Platform?

Most standard refuelers rely on ground hoses. The inclusion of a dedicated lift platform significantly reduces "turnaround time" (TAT) at the gate, as it eliminates the need for external ladders and minimizes the risk of hose kinking at high elevations.

The operation procedure for refueling an aircraft

Aircraft Refueller with Lifting Platform

System Startup & Pre-Check:

1.Start Hydraulic System & Pump

Start the hydraulic system to provide power. Activate the refueling pump and slowly open the pump valve to bleed air from the pipeline.

 

2.Monitor Status Indicators 

Observe the Pressure Gauge, Flow Meter, and Hydraulic Pressure Gauge. Confirm stable operation without abnormal noise or leakage.

 

3.Verify Control Components

Ensure the In-line Pressure Control Valve (PCV), Venturi Tube, and Venturi Pressure Gauge are functioning correctly to stabilize pipeline pressure.

 

Start Refueling:

1.Preset Parameters 

Input refueling volume via the Magnetic Refuelling Programmer.

 

2.Initiate Refuelling 

Activate the Remote Magnetic Switch and adjust the Hand Throttle (with cylinder) to control engine speed and flow rate.

 

3.Real-time Monitoring

Monitor the Vacuum Gauge (suction line) and Differential Pressure Gauge (filter blockage) to ensure fuel flow meets safety standards.

Midway Inspection:

1.Quality Control (Midway Inspection)

Perform fuel sampling via Pre-filter, Post-filter, and Closed Drain Samplers to verify fuel purity and water-free status.


2.Safety Check

Regularly check hose interfaces and the High-level Control Valve status to prevent overfilling or leakage.

Refueling Termination:

1.Shut Down Flow 

Upon reaching the preset volume, deactivate the pump and close the oil pump valve. Verify the final reading on the flow meter.


2.Residual Fuel Recovery

Start the Suction Start Diaphragm Pump to recover residual fuel from the pipeline into the Self-made Sampling Recovery Tank.


3.System Secure

Retract all hoses and platforms, ensure all switches are in the OFF position, and perform a final walk-around inspection.
