HOWO 12cbm Garbage Compactor Truck
The compressed garbage truck consists of a sealed garbage bin, hydraulic system, and operating system. The whole vehicle is fully sealed, and the sewage generated to prevent secondary pollution during garbage transportation. Waste compression truck feature:
* The garbage tank is made by high intense Q235b carbon steel, 5mm thickness
* The compression mechanism consists of a pressure plate welded with steel plates and channel steel, a guide wheel, and an oil cylinder seat. Under the push of the oil cylinder, the garbage in the hopper is compressed into the chamber. Compression cycle time: 20-25s, compression density: 0.7 t/m3.
* The unloading mechanism is composed of a unloading oil cylinder and a unloading push plate. The unloading push plate is welded from a steel plate and a bracket, positioned by a guide groove, and pushed out by the extension of the oil cylinder to discharge garbage. unloading garbage is: less than 40s
* PLC control system: left & right control panel at rear part of truck, operation hanle at side of the truck, control panel at driver cabin
* Rear loading : lifting mechanism working with 120L/240/600L plastic garbage, can be customized as per customer's request
Weekly Maintenance tips:
Compression system and chassis:
1. Regularly check the compressor, compression cylinder, hydraulic system and other key components of the compressed garbage truck to keep them clean and perform lubrication maintenance.
2. Regularly check the bolts at the chassis connection parts to ensure that they are tightened reliably to prevent failures caused by looseness.
3. Clean the chassis and waste box of the compressed garbage truck regularly to avoid odor and corrosion caused by waste residue.
