 Front Sprinkler for Road Washing & Sweeper Truck

Low-pressure flushing: For relatively clean road surfaces, the low-pressure flushing function can be activated. The water pump is driven by the chassis power take-off to realize the low-pressure flushing function of the sprinkler truck.

Its primary function is pre-wetting the road surface ahead of the sweeper's main brushes and vacuum system. This significantly enhances sweeping efficiency by suppressing dust, softening and loosening hardened debris, and preventing fine particles from becoming airborne-resulting in cleaner roads, improved air quality, and extended equipment life.

Rear spray dust suppression-Rear Spraying:

A spray boom with multiple spray nozzles is installed below the garbage bin at the rear of the sweeper truck. To prevent secondary pollution caused by dust raised by the vehicle during operation, the rear spray switch can be turned on. High-pressure water flows through the nozzles and is sprayed out in a mist, which can effectively reduce airborne dust and purify the air.

Road Curb and curbstone facade cleaning:

During the cleaning and sweeping operation, for sidewalks and facades that are higher than the road surface, the ball valves on the left and right spray booms on the curb cleaning bends can be opened. High-pressure water is sprayed through the water pipes, and the high-pressure water curtain formed can complete the cleaning of the curb and curbstone facade.
