The 6-cubic-meter fully intelligent asphalt distributor is an automated asphalt spraying construction product. The product uses a programmable controller to control the entire asphalt spraying process, ensuring high-precision spraying with the asphalt spraying volume unaffected by vehicle speed changes. Chassis System
This vehicle uses the SHACMAN L3000 chassis, boasting excellent and robust load-bearing capacity, agile and easy handling, and a stylish and imposing appearance.
It provides safe, efficient, and reliable services to a wide range of road construction customers. The Weichai 210 horsepower engine delivers strong power, safety, reliability, and comfortable operation.
Heating System
1. Employs an Italian Riello diesel burner with a heating power of 140-200 kcal/h and fuel consumption of 6-15 L/h. It boasts high heating efficiency and features automatic ignition and temperature control.
2. The heat transfer oil heating system provides full heating for the tank, pipelines, and spraying devices. The burner operation is automatically controlled from the driver's cab based on the set asphalt and heat transfer oil temperature
Hydraulic and Pneumatic System
The hydraulic and pneumatic components are from internationally renowned brands, ensuring reliable quality and stable performance. The electro-hydraulic proportional closed-loop control system ensures that the asphalt spraying rate remains unaffected by vehicle speed changes within the set range. A system cooler is included to improve system stability.
Electrical Control System
The spraying is controlled from the cab, making it simple and convenient.
Equipped with both automatic and manual operating systems, the intelligent control system in the cab allows for easy setting of the asphalt spraying rate per square meter, with the system automatically adjusting relevant control parameters to ensure a constant spraying rate per unit area.
The vehicle's outer casing is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, durable, and aesthetically pleasing.
