        SHACMAN X3000 10CBM Asphalt Distributor Truck is a high-efficiency blacktop construction and maintenance vehicle tailored for modern high-standard highways, urban roads, airports, and port terminals. It is perfectly engineered for asphalt penetration and asphalt layered surface treatment processes, enabling efficient transportation and precise spraying of hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt, and residual oil.

During the construction of high-grade highways, it flawlessly executes the spraying of high-viscosity modified asphalt, heavy-traffic asphalt, and emulsified asphalt for prime coats, waterproof layers, and tack coats. Furthermore, it is widely utilized in the layered paving process for county/township roads, as well as asphalt overlay and patch spraying in routine highway maintenance.

• Chassis & Drive: SHACMAN Delong X3000 / M3000 4×2 drive chassis, offering exceptional agility for urban and mountain roads.

 

• Engine: Equipped with a CUMMINS 385 HP high-torque diesel engine, delivering continuous power for pumping and low-speed cruising.

 

• Transmission & PTO: Paired with a FAST manual transmission and a Full-Power PTO to guarantee abundant hydraulic power for spraying infrastructure.

 

• Axles & Suspension: Employs HANDE MAN-tech heavy-duty axles. The reinforced chassis frame is specifically treated for heavy-duty special vehicles.

 

2. Core Structural Systems

 

• Insulated Asphalt Tank: Elliptical tank with dual-layer steel plates packed with 50–100mm premium aluminum silicate insulation and wrapped in a stainless-steel jacket. Features a bottom sump for 100% drainage, internal thermal oil heating tubes, and precision volume gauges.

 

• Hydraulic Power System: Full-power PTO drives a high-pressure hydraulic pump to power the hydraulic motor connected to the asphalt pump. Precision proportional valves manage self-priming, rear bar spraying, hand-spray wand operations, heavy circulation, suction-back, and flush modes.

 

• Electrical System: Integrates DC circuits for PTO, valves, and spray-bar lifting, alongside an AC system for the automatic burner and thermal oil motor. Dual control interfaces in the front cab (automatic computer control) and the rear platform (manual emergency controls) guarantee a safe operational loop.
