First. Routine maintenance content

1. Check the fuel pipe of the aerial work truck for damage and oil leakage. If there is, it must be solved. If the amount of oil is insufficient due to oil leakage, the oil should be replenished.

2. Keep the work vehicle clean, and pay attention to keeping the steps leading to the work vehicle walking platform and working platform free of oil, grease and mud. Note: Do not spray water on electrical components and electrical systems during cleaning.

3. Check the signs on the operation truck, and replace and repair all damaged signs. It is dangerous to use a work vehicle without operating signs.

Second, monthly maintenance content

1. Including routine maintenance items

2. Clean or replace the filter element of the oil suction filter and pressure oil filter installed on the hydraulic oil tank

3. Check the main components for cracks or damage. Check the working platform and its bracket, turntable and slewing bearing, slewing bearing and auxiliary frame, main and auxiliary frame at the connection bolts for looseness or damage, the balance rod connection is reliable, all shaft pins are tightened and damaged .

4. Check the battery and replace it immediately when it is unreliable. Note: Before performing maintenance on the battery and the electrical system of the work vehicle, the power supply must be cut off.

5. Check whether each safety device, including buzzer, emergency stop button, travel switch, sensor, etc. is operating normally and the signal is accurate.

6. Check whether all the control devices, switches and proportional handles are in good contact, and whether the movement and working speed are stable. Check the cable for damage, especially for crushing, cracks, and wear. Check the piston rod for strain, peeling of the chrome layer, leakage of joints, movement of the hinge of the cylinder.

7. Check whether the oil level and operating conditions of the rotary reducer and hoist deceleration are normal

8. Check if there is any paint falling off, and if it falls off, repair the paint surface in time to avoid rust
