The refrigerated and insulated compartment body is mainly made of composite materials and thermal insulation materials.

Because the composite material (that is, FRP) has the advantages of light weight and high strength, low thermal conductivity, good anti-corrosion performance, no painting, easy maintenance and repair, etc., it has become the main material for the refrigerated and insulated compartment envelope

The insulation material is polyurethane rigid foam (because it is not recyclable, it has basically stopped being used) or extruded polystyrene board XPS, which has a very low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal insulation performance, easy to form and construct, and can ensure the excellent thermal insulation performance of the refrigerated and insulated compartment.

FRP is made of unsaturated polyester as the matrix and glass fiber as the reinforcing material to make the molded glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP). This kind of composite material is formed at room temperature, which is convenient for on-site construction, and has good process performance, which can make the whole envelope body form a whole and form a fully enclosed structure. Protect the extruded polystyrene board XPS from long-term air erosion and reduce the thermal insulation performance, which can prolong the thermal insulation life of the envelope and enhance the strength of the envelope.
