Skid lpg plant(also called lpg skid station,skid lpg tank station) is a completed lpg gas filling plant combined with lpg storage tank,lpg pump and motor,lpg cylinder filling dispenser(or cylinder filling scales),sprinkler system,pieline system,electricity system on a steel base. Skid lpg stations are used to be placed next to petroleum station or rural area for cylinder refilling. With advantage of easy installation,easy operation,safety and low investment,it is getting more popular in many countries.
On Nov. 14th,2021,CLW group(Hubei chengli special automobile co., ltd and hubei weiyu special vehicles co.,ltd) finished first batch-6 units of 5 tons 10m3 skid lpg filling stations for client AA RANO in nigeria.
Main features of 5tons lpg skid stations for AA RANO are as follows,
Q345R material,10 mm thickness;
Double nozzle lpg dispenser(customized from WEIYU TRUCK);
LPG vane pump with 5.5kw/7.5HP Ex-motor;
Gas leakage detector with one sensor;
Ex-proof lamp and switch;
Large strainer before pump inlet to avoid impurity and prolong service time of pump;
Fire extinguisher for station safety;
water sprinkler system with fire sprinker nozzles;
Filling room door with aluminum alloy rolling off door;
Two units loading into one 40HQ container to save shipping cost;
