Our high-performance heavy-duty cold chain logistics vehicle integrates the following specialized premium modules:
- Heavy-Duty 8x4 Chassis & Powertrain
Chassis Configuration: Built on a premium 8x4 axle layout (dual steering front axles and dual driving rear axles), offering superior structural stability and a maximum engineering payload capacity of up to 30 tons.
Engine Power: Driven by the heavy-duty Weichai WP12.400E201 diesel engine, delivering a strong 400HP (294kW) output for high torque capability under full-load conditions and excellent long-haul fuel economy.
- 9.6-Meter Premium Insulated Cargo Body
The 9.6-meter reefer box features a fully enclosed, all-plastic composite "sandwich" panel assembly engineered to prevent thermal loss:
Advanced Materials: The inner and outer skins are made of heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) sheets, enclosing a high-density, thick Polyurethane (PU) foam core.
Structural Integrity: The FRP sheets and PU foam core are tightly bonded using industrial high-strength adhesives. During box assembly, panels are fused together and reinforced with internally embedded, heavy-duty structural bolts to guarantee zero-leakage insulation.

Cooling System: Equipped with a premium, top-mounted Kaixue refrigeration unit designed to provide massive cooling capacities.
Precise Temperature Control: Maintains a continuous, precise, and consistent temperature environment throughout long-distance transit, tailored perfectly for fresh produce, pharmaceuticals, or deep-frozen meats.
- Integrated Temperature Recorder
Real-Time Monitoring: Features a built-in digital temperature data logger with high-precision sensors installed inside the cargo bay.

Pre-Cooling Reefer Boxes
It is crucial to understand that a truck's refrigeration unit is designed to maintain the temperature of the cargo, not to lower it.
When exposed to direct sunlight, the inside of a cargo box acts like an oven, trapping intense heat within the air and the box linings. If cold cargo is loaded without pre-cooling the box first, the goods will immediately absorb heat from the hot air and warm interior panels. This raises the cargo's core temperature. Attempting to bring the temperature back down using the reefer unit afterward is highly inefficient, takes significantly longer, and wastes a substantial amount of fuel.

Purge the Hot Air First
Open the rear cargo doors and swing them back and forth forcefully several times. This introduces fresh outside air into the compartment and effectively flushes out the trapped, scorching air.

Run the Fans to Circulate Air
Before locking the doors, turn on the refrigeration unit for 5 minutes with the doors still open. This allows the evaporator fans to run and create forced air convection, which expels any remaining heat while allowing the reefer unit to adapt to the ambient environment.

Seal and Cool to Target Temperature
Close the cargo doors securely. Set the engine speed to around 2,000 RPM and pre-cool the air inside the box until it reaches the exact temperature required for your specific cargo. Once the target temperature is achieved, turn off the refrigeration unit before opening the doors to load.

Load Efficiently and Maintain Airflow
Load the cargo as quickly as possible to minimize thermal exposure. During loading, always ensure you leave adequate clearance and open spaces around the cargo to allow for unobstructed reefer airflow and proper cold air circulation.
