The 4x4 off road refrigerated box truck is a cold-chain transport vehicle specifically engineered for complex road conditions. Built on a 4×4 all-wheel-drive, RHD (Right-Hand Drive) chassis and powered by a robust 160HP Yuchai YCD4P32-160 engine, it delivers exceptional driving power and superior off-road passability.

The unit is connected directly to the chassis's 160HP Yuchai engine via a drive belt. As long as the truck engine is running, it drives the reefer compressor to generate refrigeration.
- Technical Advantage :
160HP Yuchai engine driving this heavy-duty reefer eliminates any "underpowered vehicle with oversized load" issues. It delivers an ultra-fast pull-down/cooling speed.
- Temperature Range :
According to the technical specifications of the GD-680, it features advanced deep-freezing capabilities, allowing the internal box temperature to drop down to -15℃ to -18℃ or even lower.
- Applicable Goods :
It can easily transport temperature-critical products such as frozen meats, ice cream, and quick-frozen seafood. Additionally, the temperature can be modulated to 0℃-5℃ via the control valves for transporting fresh fruits, vegetables, or medical vaccines.

Refrigerated Box Manufacturing Process
The cargo box is constructed with inner and outer FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) skins. Environmentally friendly thermal insulation wood panels are mounted on the galvanized steel frame, with an 8cm thick polystyrene (EPS) insulation core filling the cavity.
Advanced Hot Press Equipment
It adopts the 18-meter-long, most advanced automatic glue-spraying and heating positive pressure table. The system heats while pressing the panels, ensuring even force distribution. This allows the resin adhesive to bond perfectly with the FRP skins inside the panels.
High-strength Screw Connection
The cargo box panels are assembled using 8mm high-strength bolts. The exterior is reinforced with aluminum profile trim and stainless steel rivets. This construction ensures a more robust, durable cargo body that adapts to various terrains and environments.
Thermal insulation Material & Structure
The floor uses eco-friendly waterproof wood panels reinforced with galvanized steel pipes for high load capacity. After hot pressing, panels are seamlessly joined, with all seams fully filled with structural adhesive for superior insulation and durability.
