Tank Body and Structure
- The tank is made of explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant materials, with standard protective handrails, maintenance ladders, loading/unloading ports, and safety warning lights on the top.
- The rear is equipped with an anti-collision bumper and tail light assembly, with reserved brand markings and maintenance access points.
Core Refueling and Metering System
- Onboard explosion-proof refueling machine assembly: Includes an SPV-brand metering refueling host, automatic retractable hose reel, and refueling nozzle, supporting precise refueling by quantity or amount, with cumulative flow statistics.
- High-precision helical rotor flow meter: Manufactured by Chongqing NaiDe Industrial, with a nominal diameter of 50mm and 0.5-level metering accuracy, allowing direct reading of instantaneous flow and cumulative refueling volume, suitable for custody transfer metering.
- Oil inlet/outlet ports: Marked IN and OUT quick-connect couplings, equipped with manual ball valves and pneumatic emergency shut-off valves.
Safety and Explosion-Proof Design
- The vehicle's electrical system features an EX-class explosion-proof control box, labeled "Danger: Live Parts, Do Not Open Under Power," designed for flammable and explosive hazardous environments.
- Equipped with pneumatic emergency shut-off valve controls, vapor recovery, emergency cut-off, and static grounding as part of a full set of safety devices for hazardous materials vehicles.
