- Horizontal elliptical, monocoque structure. Three evenly divided compartments (customizable) with three food-grade stainless steel manholes.
2. Inner Shell
- 3.0mm SUS304-2B food-grade stainless steel. Fully automated CNC welding, polished seams, and one-piece elliptical rolling.
3. Internal Head
- 3.5mm stainless steel dished head, formed in one piece for impact resistance and durability.
4. Baffles / Anti-Surge Plates
- 3.5mm dished stainless steel plates, fully welded with polished edges and reinforced rinsing rings for smooth, crevice-free interiors.
5. Support Structure
- Internal skeleton and reinforcing ribs welded to the inner shell for enhanced load-bearing capacity and structural integrity.
6. Insulation
- 70mm sprayed polyurethane foam + 10mm rubber sponge. Maintains temperature within 2–3°C over 24 hours.
7. Outer Cladding
- 1mm overlapping stainless steel panels, welded-free for easy replacement and a clean, paint-free appearance.
8. CIP System
- Food-grade stainless steel spray balls (two per compartment) enable 360° no-dead-angle cleaning. Independently controlled valves.
