1. Insulation Performance 

 

• 1.2m Effective Insulation Pre-extension Segment: Prevents the dilemma where operators reach the working point but cannot proceed due to insufficient insulation extension length.
• Fiberglass Telescopic Boom as Main Insulation: Features an effective insulation length of 2.0m. A 0.4m effective insulation gap is integrated into the middle of the articulated boom as lower insulation (also known as chassis insulation system), which effectively protects ground personnel around the vehicle, ensuring superior safety.
• Wet-Winding Fiberglass Process: The insulation boom section is manufactured using a fiberglass wet-winding process, delivering high structural strength and significantly enhanced dielectric performance.

 

2. Operating System

 

• 3D Multi-function Joystick: Controls upper boom raise/lower, upper boom extend/retract, and turntable rotation, easily achieving omnidirectional movements of the working platform.
• Full Hydraulic Multi-way Manual Proportional Valves: Simple to operate and easy to control with excellent speed regulation. It enables stepless speed control for all movements during operation, ensuring smooth actions without impact, jerking, or shaking.
• Rear-Mounted Outrigger Controls: Outrigger control levers are positioned at the rear of the vehicle, allowing operators to clearly observe the support status, eliminating blind spots, and improving safety and ergonomics.
• Convenient Platform Access: The working platform rests directly on the catwalk level, making entry and exit safe and easy.
• Internal Cable & Hose Routing: All lines are routed inside the boom, making the vehicle better suited for maneuvering through complex wire networks and phase-crossing operations.
