--3. Absolutely guarantee the safety of refueling. Anti-static devices, interlocking control systems, electrical explosion-proof extinguishers, fire extinguishers, etc. should be installed.

--4. Equipped with a high-precision, large-flow meter.

--5. The total capacity of the oil tank is large, and the refueling of the aircraft needs to be completed at one time.
