The Shacman asphalt distributor truck, bitumen sprayer, road maintenance truck, road construction equipment, asphalt spraying truck is a heavy-duty, high-capacity bitumen sprayer purpose-built for large-scale road paving and infrastructure maintenance projects. Mounted on a robust Shacman L3000 chassis with a 4,500 mm wheelbase, this 9,500-liter capacity truck is ideal for long-distance spraying operations on highways, airports, and major roadways.

 

Built on the Shacman Delong L3000 standard chassis, this 4×2 asphalt distributor truck is equipped with a Weichai engine (245 HP), Fast 8-speed manual transmission, ensuring strong power output, fuel efficiency, and smooth handling on both highways and rugged surfaces.

 

The upper structure features a 9.5 cubic meter asphalt tank, optimized for long continuous spraying operations. It is paired with a QGB950 high-viscosity asphalt pump (950 L/min), capable of delivering steady bitumen flow even under high-temperature and high-viscosity conditions.

 

To ensure precise application, the truck integrates a German Infineon chip-based intelligent touch control system in the cab, allowing operators to manage spray width, flow rate, and temperature with ease. 36 pneumatic spray nozzles (independently controlled) provide an adjustable spray width of up to 4.5 meters (optional 6 meters), with a spray rate of 0.25–3 L/㎡, keeping deviation within ±2%.

 

The dual Riello G20 burners (Italy brand) and thermal oil circulation system ensure fast and uniform heating of asphalt materials, making the truck suitable for both hot bitumen and modified asphalt. A proportional valve-controlled hydraulic system further improves thermal efficiency and component longevity.

 

This high-performance configuration makes the L3000 bitumen sprayer an ideal solution for large-area tack coat, prime coat, surface dressing, and road maintenance operations, while ensuring durability, accuracy, and ease of maintenance.
