Built on a robust Shacman Delong F3000 4×2 chassis with a 4,600 mm wheelbase, this truck features a 12,000-liter bitumen tank, making it perfectly suited for long-range spraying on expressways, airports, and large municipal road networks.

 

At its core, the truck is powered by a 290 HP Weichai diesel engine, paired with a Fast 9-speed manual gearbox, delivering enhanced torque, fuel efficiency, and driving stability across diverse terrain-from smooth highways to more demanding job sites.

 

The upper equipment includes a 12 m³ asphalt tank, designed for extended, uninterrupted spraying performance. A QGB950 high-viscosity asphalt pump (flow rate: 950 L/min) ensures consistent and high-pressure delivery of various bitumen materials, including hot asphalt and polymer-modified bitumen.

 

To guarantee operational precision, the system features a smart digital control panel with a German Infineon processor, located inside the driver's cabin. This system allows real-time control over spray width, flow volume, and heating parameters. Equipped with 36 pneumatic spray nozzles (individually operated), the sprayer achieves a standard spray width of up to 4.5 meters (optionally extendable to 6 meters), and an application rate ranging from 0.25 to 3 L/m², with an accuracy deviation of ±2%.

 

Efficient thermal management is provided by dual Riello G20 burners (Italian origin) working in combination with a thermal oil circulation system, delivering rapid and uniform heating. A hydraulic system with proportional control valves enhances operational stability while extending the lifespan of key components.
