Production features from clw group for tow truck
1. In addition to the performance of the hydraulic components themselves, the reliability of the hydraulic system mainly depends on the cleanliness of the hydraulic system. The main factor affecting the cleanliness is that the rust layer of the steel pipe cannot be removed. For this purpose, the company is equipped with a shot peening machine and adopts the only special process in the country: sandblasting on the inner surface - pickling - rinsing - passivation - sealing - electrophoresis, and the oil pipe needs to be processed before assembly. Internal surface cleaning, blow-drying, oiling and rust prevention ensure the stability of the entire hydraulic system.
2. All hydraulic components are inspected on a hydraulic bench before being purchased and put into the warehouse to fully ensure that the hydraulic components meet the calibrated performance requirements.
3.Our company has hydraulic presses of 1000, 600, 500, 100 and other tonnage series, which can meet the bending and forming requirements of all arm body sheets. There are only two middle welds, and they all use carbon dioxide shielded welding. Welds longer than 500mm are all made automatically. Welding, which not only has small welds and beautiful appearance, but also has low stress and high strength.
4. All components use tooling and fixtures during welding to ensure production accuracy.
5. All components are inspected by ultrasonic welds after welding, which ensures high safety.
6. All boards are cut using underwater plasma CNC cutting machines, CNC wire cutting machines, and shearing machines, so the production accuracy is high.

All metal structural parts are degreased, cleaned, rust-proofed, cleaned, surface-conditioned, phosphated, and electrophoresed before assembly, and have a salt spray resistance of up to More than 800 hours, strong anti-rust ability.
