The compressed garbage truck consists of a sealed garbage bin, a hydraulic system, and an operating system.

* The garbage tank is made by high intense Q235b carbon steel, 6mm thickness 

* Compression cycle time: 25-30s

* compression density: 0.6-0.8t/m3.

* unloading garbage is: 40s 

* PLC control system: left & right control panel at rear part of truck, operation hanle at side of the truck, control panel at driver cabin

* Rear loading : lifting mechanism working with 120L/240/600L plastic garbage, can be customized as per customer's request

 

Maintenance tips:

1. Change hydraulic oil every six months
2. Clean sewage tank regularly
3. Grease the grease fitting and the slide inside the garbage bin can every week.
4. Cean the sticky garbage and debris on the hydraulic cylinder to avoid the dust ring or oil seal of the oil cylinder is damaged.

5. Clean the engine fuel filter, air filter, and engine oil Filters, hydraulic system air filters regularly.
