High-Strength Reinforced Body Structure

Hopper & Packing Assembly

1. Premium Compactor Anatomy: The tailgate assembly comprises a heavy-duty hopper shell, sliding plates, and scrapers.

2. Low-Friction Slide Tracks: The slide tracks are cold-formed from ultra-high-strength, wear-resistant steel. The sliding plates utilize integrated heavy-duty nylon blocks on both sides, offering excellent self-lubricating properties, silent operation, and ease of maintenance.

3. External Cylinder Design: Features an externally mounted sliding plate cylinder layout. This layout provides an obstruction-free internal space, delivering faster cycling speeds, greater compaction ratios, and extremely simple maintenance access.

4. Structural Reinforcement: Critical stress points on the scraper plate are reinforced with localized stiffeners.

5. Advanced Drainage & Sewage Containment: The bottom curved hopper floor is pressed from high-strength anti-wear steel and features precision-machined drainage slots. This allows wastewater inside the hopper to drain rapidly into the large-capacity lower sewage collection tank, completely preventing spillages during transit. The sewage tank features large-diameter galvanized discharge valves on both sides for rapid draining.

Intelligent Dual Control Interfaces

1. Multi-Station Control: Operations can be executed via three convenient interfaces: a driver's cabin control box, a rear-right tailgate control box, a rear-left emergency stop button, and a wireless handheld remote.

2. Cabin Station: The in-cab control station enables full management of the ejector plate discharge sequence and allows the driver to toggle between operational modes (e.g., Automatic / Manual / Emergency).

3. Tailgate Station: The rear external control box manages the packing cycle, compaction sequence, and container lifting mechanics.

4. Zero-Contact Discharge: Sanitation operators can complete full refuse discharging and wastewater draining at the landfill directly from inside the driver's cabin, eliminating the need to step out into harsh environments.
