Upper Structure System

• 20m³ Large Tank Volume: 20,000L (20m³) large capacity tank made of high-quality Q235 carbon steel (5mm shell / 6mm end plates). Ideal for large-scale storage and transport of gasoline and diesel. (Custom compartment division available).

• Standard Manholes: Equipped with heavy-duty manhole covers featuring integrated breather valves to ensure reliable pressure balance and safety inside the tank during transit.

• Non-slip Walkway & Folding Guardrail: Features a full-length anti-slip top walkway and a manually foldable safety handrail, providing secure access for operators working on top of the tank.

• Access Ladder: A heavy-duty climbing ladder is installed at the rear-right side of the tank, perfectly matching the green body color and ensuring convenient top access.

• Rear Underrun Protective Device: Equipped with a robust rear bumper featuring red and yellow diagonal reflective warning tape to enhance visibility and effectively prevent rear-end collision hazards.

• Lighting System: Fully equipped with high-visibility combination tail lights (turn signals, brake lights, and reverse lights) and side marker lamps for safer night operations.

• Tank Exterior & Markings: Painted in standard vibrant green with a distinctive orange safety stripe. Includes essential warning text, speed limit decals, and hazardous material placards for compliance.

• Reflective Conspicuity Tape: Red and white reflective contour markings outline the chassis sides and tank edges to maximize vehicle visibility during night driving and low-light conditions.
