1 Loading

Before loading, open the pressure relief valve to ensure no pressure inside the tank. Then open the loading port of each compartment for loading.

2 Pressurization

During pressurization, open all air intake valves and auxiliary blowers, and close all loading ports, discharge butterfly valves, secondary auxiliary blow ball valves, and external air source ball valves. Adjust the remote control throttle to ensure the air compressor speed is within 900–1000 r/min on the tachometer.

(Note: When using an external air source for power take-off, open the external air source ball valve on the tank, connect it firmly to the external air source port, then open the external air source valve for pressurization.)

3 Discharging

When the pressure reaches 0.15 MPa during discharging, open the secondary auxiliary blow valve. Then open the discharge butterfly valve of each compartment in sequence.

(Note: The 4 compartments cannot discharge simultaneously. Discharge one compartment completely before opening the next. There is a material observation window at the rear to monitor the discharging status of each compartment.)

4 Secondary Discharging

When the pressure drops to 0.12 MPa, close the secondary auxiliary blow valve and discharge valve. When the pressure rises back to 0.15 MPa, open them again to resume discharging.

(About 2 minutes after starting discharging, gradually throttle down the secondary auxiliary blow valve to a maximum half-open position.)

5 Tank Cleaning

After all compartments are emptied, open each discharge butterfly valve in sequence for tank cleaning. When the pressure drops to 0.05–0.08 MPa, open the pressure relief valve, shut down the air compressor, and complete the discharging operation.
